Searching for your home is easy!

 

Finding your first or next home has never been so easy! Just follow these simple guidelines to begin the search for your perfect home. You may enter as much or as little specific criteria to find that special home.

 

Begin to search for properties simply by clicking on the link as illustrated below:

 

This will then open another window featuring an interactive map for you to search by. The arrows to the left on the map enable you to zoom in and out, and change the area you wish to look at.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Here, you may simply type in the City or Zip Code of where you would like to search:

Select the price range you are interested in by clicking on the arrow beside “Minimum Price” and “Maximum Price”, then highlighting and clicking on the lowest and highest price you would like to search. You may slide the blue bar to the right of the pricing down for more options:

Select the minimum bedrooms and bathrooms you require by clicking on the arrows beside “Beds” and “Baths” and again highlighting and selecting the minimum number of rooms you require:

 

 

When you select the arrow beside “More Options” it will open a box in which you can select more specific criteria for your search, such as for Single-Family homes, or homes that Are New Construction by clicking in the small box to the left of the phrase you would like to choose. You may also choose Days On Market or Lot Size by clicking on the arrow to the right, then highlighting and selecting your desired criteria:

Now select “Search”:

 

 Finally, click the map icons or “go to property list” icon to begin viewing the homes that match your search criteria:
